Future power bids to include emerging technologies: Power Ministry
To further push reforms in power minister, plans are on to include the use of emerging technologies in power bids, said Union Power Minister RK Singh. “Future power bids will be planned to encourage manufacturing using the latest technologies, said the Minister at India PV Edge 2020 held on Tuesday. “We are committed to fulfill our vision to “electrify our economy” and to “Green our Electricity,” said the minister, pointing out the ambitious initiatives of e-mobility and clean cooking based on electricity and powered by green energy.
